Chapter Bylaws
SMPS Maryland is asking eligible Chapter members to review and vote on the proposed new Chapter Bylaws. The bylaws provide the governing framework for SMPS Maryland, including membership and voting rights, the composition and responsibilities of the Board of Directors, officer terms, nominations and elections, committees, financial oversight, meetings, and procedures for future amendments. Members are encouraged to review the complete proposed bylaws before casting their vote.

Eligible SMPS Maryland members may vote to approve or reject the proposed bylaws.
Vote on the Proposed Chapter Bylaws
- Voting will remain open through August 14, 2026.
- Each eligible member may cast one vote.
- Approval requires participation from at least 20% of eligible voting members and support from a majority of the members who cast a ballot.
