Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing & Communications team at Bohler. The ideal candidate gets excited about organization, is comfortable juggling multiple projects, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Marketing Business Partners to prepare RFP responses and other marketing materials
• Facilitate, coordinate, and participate in proposal kick-off meetings
• Coordinate with teaming partners
• Write and maintain database of project descriptions and resumes
• Edit and proofread marketing materials

Qualifications:

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry
• Experience with Adobe InDesign
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related
