We have a great opportunity for you to join AEI in a Marketing Coordinator role in our Rockville, MD (Metro DC) office.

Here is what we have in store for you:

You will assist the Director of Business Development in tracking leads, developing team strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals and interview materials/presentations, and managing all the marketing information.

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, English, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing professional services, preferably within the A/E/C industry.
• Microsoft Office experience required.
• Keen proofreading and editing skills required.
• Extreme attention to detail required.
• Must be a quick learner and self-motivator.

What sets you apart:

• Experience working on A/E/C projects specific to the federal government market.
• Experience with CRM software a plus.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop software a plus.
• Strong spoken and written communications skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.
• Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
• Effective working individually and within team environments.
