Airport Design Consultants, Inc. (ADCI) is a multidisciplinary engineering firm established in 2006 to provide airport planning, civil engineering design and construction services to the air transportation industry. Since that time, the firm has designed and managed exciting aviation projects at over 50 airports throughout the United States. We are looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team and support the company’s continued growth. The ideal candidate will be a proficient writer with an eye for contemporary and professional design. Specific responsibilities include:
Support the Proposal Development Process

- Leading proposal kickoff meetings.
- Offering input and guidance on team composition for proposal pursuits.
- Developing and maintaining the proposal checklist.
- Gathering required materials from subconsultants.
- Developing proposal content, including resumes, project profiles, organizational charts, technical writeups, required forms, and graphics.
- Graphic design of proposal components.
- Supporting interview preparation, including creation of presentations and leave-behind materials.
Developing Corporate Marketing Materials and Content
- Creation of promotional brochures and capability statements.
- Maintaining the company website.
- Creating content for website and social media.
- Preparing materials for corporate events such as conferences, trade shows, and career fairs.
- Identifying key publications and award submissions for group.
Organizing and Maintaining the Company Marketing Database
- Systematically archiving resumes, project profiles, and company information for future use.
- Maintaining the company Marketing Report and updating weekly.
- Maintaining a database of marketing contacts.
- Regularly searching for new RFP/RFQ solicitations from existing and potential clients.
Experience
The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling six years of relevant experience. Any of the following is acceptable:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, engineering, English, or related discipline plus 3 years of experience
- Associate degree in marketing, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, engineering, English, or related discipline plus 5 years of experience
- No degree plus 8 years of experience.
Skills
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:
- Marketing for an architecture, engineering, or construction firm
- Leading proposal submissions (RFPs, RFQs)
- Aviation and/or Transportation/infrastructure proposal projects
- Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Writing documents using conventional style guidelines and grammar.
