Marketing Coordinator

ADCI is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of ADCI. The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator is to develop high-quality, opportunity-specific response documents with competitive and compelling messages to satisfy client goals.  The Marketing Coordinator, in partnership with our Pursuit Manager and Operations Leaders, positions us to win work and supports the growth of our business. Our ideal candidate brings a strong background in civil/site engineering and building design pursuits. Airports/aviation project pursuit background is a plus. S/he is an exceptional facilitator, communicator, and writer; recognizes the importance of diverse teams and excels in leading them; has a great sense of humor; and believes all problems are solvable. Must have 5+ years of experience. Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.

This is a full-time position located at our headquarters office in Ellicott City, Maryland.
