Marketing Coordinator

Buch Construction is a premier general contractor for corporate office, retail and life sciences. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, our regional foundation and the care with which we approach every project. We are in search of a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will work hand in hand with the Marketing team on the company’s marketing initiatives all while promoting a consistent and professional message for Buch Construction.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and PowerPoint, familiarity working in Illustrator and database programs
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Technical Writing, or Graphic Design desired
- Dedicated self-starter with strong time management and multi-tasking skills to meet various project deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and interact efficiently with entire Buch team
- Creative mindset with the ability to execute marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in group setting and independent work environments
- Exhibit enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Excellent research, writing and editing skills with a focus on graphic design
- Strong aptitude with social media
Responsibilities include:
- Lead a proposal team to assist with strategy and communications to client
- Create and execute successful proposal and qualification packages including writing, editing, and designing content.
- Collaborate with presentation team and assist with strategy and communications with clients
- Edit, format and ensure all presentation material is delivered in a timely and professional manner
- Create targeted collateral to the client’s needs
- Schedule photoshoots
- Collaborate with team on strategy and marketing campaigns
- Assist in identifying content with the ability to execute creative ideas effectively
- Develop content for social media channels and website
- Manage a marketing schedule with various advertising outlets
- Engage in industry events, network and follow up with potential leads
- Maintain database of industry contacts
- Work with BD and operations teams to identify new target clients and markets
- Listen to what the marketplace is dictating and convey to operations team
- Organize/set up company events out and within the office
