Content & Graphics Specialist

Structural Group is looking for a dynamic and creative team member to deliver content and graphics for a variety of needs from construction services to specialty products and technical support. The Content & Graphics Specialist will work as part of our Marketing Team in our spacious Columbia, Maryland campus, and will generate and deploy innovative content designed to support company initiatives and generate leads for the sales organization. The current hybrid flex schedule includes 2 days on-campus and 3 days of home-office based work.

A sampling of the job duties:

Develop creative content, including: case studies, e-blasts, social media posts, paid advertising, editorial content.

Provide graphic design expertise for the above along with brochures, sell sheets, presentations, and other media within company guidelines.

Market development including expanding association activity, databases, and trade show participation to meet growth objectives.

Candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field of study
• 1-4 years of professional marketing experience; exposure to architectural,
  engineering or construction industry is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to provide input in creative brainstorms
• Ability to be organized and flexible with competing deadlines
• Proficient in Social Media platforms (LinkedIn)
• Salesforce experience is a plus
