SAC ROUNDTABLES – Navigating Your Next Level | A Four-Part Series

This interactive four-part series will examine what it takes to elevate your career and firm to the next level. Facilitated by professionals who have been there, this program will enhance your understanding of how business performance and strategy are connected, examine ways to cultivate culture and engagement among firm employees, and identify the skills necessary to manage initiatives with your team and also work within a leadership team.

Breakfast roundtable series open to SMPS MD members only with 10+ years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry or CPSMs.

The four 2-hour session topics will be:

• Session 1 | Making and Taking Your Seat at the Table: Thursday, November 8, 2018
• Session 2 | Business Performance & Strategy: Thursday, January 10, 2019
• Session 3 | Culture & Engagement: Thursday, March 7, 2019
• Session 4 | Leadership & Management: Thursday, May 9, 2019

Each session will be shaped based on feedback from participants to allow for a meaningful discussion that is targeted on the tools, skills, and strategies most relevant to goals of the group. Selected resources will be provided before and after each session.
