Please note: This is not an official SMPS Maryland sponsored event. This event is hosted by The Engineers Club and is being offered to our SMPS members as a benefit of membership. This event is only open to SMPS members and their family/guests.

Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a refund, reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to the start of the event. If you do not cancel your reservation within the required time period a refund will be forfeited. For those that choose the “pay by check” option an invoice will be sent to you. All outstanding invoices must be paid before admittance to future events will be granted.
